What does the GitHub Star Sync app do?

The GitHub Star Sync app enables you to track your GitHub stars as an event in PostHog. Because Stars are important!

What are the requirements for this app?

The GitHub Star Sync app requires either PostHog Cloud, or a self-hosted PostHog instance running version 1.30.0 or later.

How do I install the Redshift Import app?

  1. Log in to your PostHog instance
  2. Click 'Apps' on the left-hand tool bar
  3. Search for 'GitHub Star Sync' press 'Install'
  4. Configure the by specifying a GitHub user/repo to sync.
  5. Optionally, add a personal API key to help with rate limits
